The  Competition for USC this Year

With the 2012 USC Trojans being hailed as a likely national champion contender, attention has deservedly centered on the talent the men of Troy hope to ride to that title game. With the returning players Barkley, Woods, and Lee are all returing. I saw some articles talking about USC having the best Wide Recievers in the nation.

 The competition for the Trojans next year is barley anything from what I see except for Oregon. The Senior runningback Kenjon Barner has been waiting for his chance to shine. If you think about it Barner might sneak up on the Trojans and beat the in them Pac-12 championship. But hopfully that won't happen.

OJ Mayo

OJ Mayo who is currently on Memphis might be going to the Nets.  The Nets are kind of simular  to the Eagles in the NFL offseason last year. First they got Joe Johnson but in my opinion was a bad I idea because Johnson never shows emotion. Also  Johnson big unnecessary contract will put them through some pain of not getting Howard. 

Mayo is also interested in going to the the Celtics. Personally I don't think he would fit in with Pierce, Rondo, or Garnet.  Speaking of the Celtics check out this new blog called http://celticsarethebest.blogspot.com/. This blog is just starting out and the first post is pretty good.

USC Football

The Five star QB Max Browne is going to USC to take Barkley's place when he goes to play in the NFL. Barkley led the Trojans to an 10-2 season last year. He threw for 3,528 and had 39 touchdowns including a 50-0 win over UCLA our biggest rival. So USC  is going to be pretty good for the next few years.

USC Trojans football

The USC trojans football team is coming back off of our probation. We're coming back strong with Matt Barley. Going into this season Barkley is one of the top contenders for the Heisman Trophy.


20 days until the public Trojans  football games start. Also the Trojans are the team to watch in the media for the PAC-12 this year. Finally check out this app at the app store called USC Prime.

USC swimmer Haley Anderson 

USC Swimmer Haley Anderson

USC swimmer Haley Anderson is one of the 25 USC swimmers who are featured in the Olympic Trials. The another person to watch Is Rebbeca Soni who you can usualy spot in a pink swim suit. The trials go to July 2, 2012.

The events in which you can see Haley Anderson inis the  400 IM, 400 free, 200 free, 200 fly, and the 800 free. Anderson has already secured a spot on the U.S. Olympic team after she finished first at the recent FINA Olympic Marathon Swim Qualifier in Setubal, Portugal, earlier this month. Although Soni is the best swimmer in the trials I think that Anderson can pull it out.
